The room was amazing and the space was incredible but we did ask for house keeping and they never came also for two day there was no hot water for us to take a shower. They say they will work on it but it was not fix the next day when we left. It was really disappointing because you expect to take a shower for a long travel back home.

By far the entire staff made our stay so special! Sara, Jamie, Bernadette and all the other staff members we had contact with were so very friendly, courteous and helpful. They listened to our concerns and needs and took care of them with a smile. The breakfast was really delicious and the dining room was clean and neat. The staff cooked our waffles for us and bused or table when we finished. We had a great stay and look forward to doing it again soon! Also as a joked with Bernadette having In and out next door was nice too!

The room was very clean, the staff were all very friendly, and the hotel itself was quiet. It was a very peaceful trip and I definitely enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and the 24/7 coffee.

First time staying at the Ventura location. I noticed there were issues with the bathroom's sink, as the water was going down the drain. I spoke to the front desk, I believe her name was Sarah, she was amazing as she immediately said she would have maintenance take a look, but she switched us to a different room instead to avoid any inconvenience. The area, the parking and the breakfast were good, it did not disappoint. We had a great stay. Star was also very nice at checkout, both, Sarah and Star have awesome customer service, which I feel like it's a super big plus! Hope to return again soon!

The Stairwell Handrail does not conform to ADA requirements, and considering the fact the this COMFORT INN just finished a remodel. My 78-yr old wife tripped at the bottom of the stairs 4-times because the HR does not extent the required distance beyond the step or landing. The front entry access ramps are some distance away from the main entrance. The lot could have been ramped to allow for easier access, since this area was also remodeled. Poor Planning Poor Performance. The rooms couch did not seems to be VAC cleaned on a regular basis.
