This is a horrible property and the owners overcharged for booking on a third party site. In the middle of the night, the battery for fire alarm went dead and caused the unit to trip with ear piercing shrills. The ice machine is dead and seems they have no urgency in providing ice. The room was dirty with sand on the floor. The TP ran out. All the front office gave was lip service. The parking worked. The location wasn't bad.

Walking distance to beach and dining was about the only good thing about this place. The photos shown on Expedia was certainly not the room we were in. The front of the hotel looks like your average budget friendly beach motel but the room we were put in was in a separate building. When we arrived there was a note on the office door to call a #, I called and someone came to help get us checked in. The Lady was very nice and said the room we’re in is a “studio unit”. They “ran out of keys “ so I had to download an app to be able to get in and out of our room. When she took us up to our “studio” I was shocked at the condition of this place! It is clearly in the process of being renovated and was not ready for anyone to stay there!! It was hot (no A/c), smelled like paint and was filthy! The “patio “ fit one chair and the wall was literally rotting away! The bed was up against a window with a broken screen that bugs were flying in from. The bathroom was ok until you saw the shower! An old jacuzzi bathtub with disgusting buildup in all the jets, hair, bugs and a rusty drain and shower head. I couldn’t bring myself to take a shower in there. The bed sheets smelled stale and like paint. Thankfully we were only there for one night on our drive home. This was probably the worst motel we’ve ever stayed at! Absolutely false advertisement!! I would have never booked had I know this is what we were getting! I honestly feel we deserve some sort of refund.

This hotel is horrible. The beds were lumpy. The shower was dirty. It had no fire alarm. The service attendant was rude and not at all helpful. We booked and paid for 4 guests but only received two towels and one shampoo and conditioner. It has no air conditioner and only a noisy fan that you are required to use to ensure room does not get stuffy. The window had no screen so even if we had wanted to open the window to let in a breeze it was not safe to do so. I am very disappointed, especially since this was a birthday trip with my 88 year old mother. Will never stay here again.

Refund please

I reserved a room because I had to check in at the hospital very early morning and did not want to drive three hours that morning. I drove down after work, arriving late at night, no one was in the lobby and a note was on the door that said Welcome please call phone number. I called several times with no answer and the voice mail was full so unable to leave message. I even text the number. I ended up having to find a different hotel that night. The next day I received a message saying We do apologize. We can give you credit I’m sorry I should get a full refund!!
