Checked in with a virtual assistant in a kiosk, not very private, also a bit hesitant to provide my personal cc information. We finally check in and our room was in the third floor, unload luggage and all to find our room door open and the room was not cleaned, beds were undone and dirty. We got a new room to find 2 roaches.
