Located in beautiful St. Lawrence, an area of outstanding natural beauty named this year in 'The Sunday Times' as one of the 10 coolest postcodes to live in. Only 5 minutes drive to the pretty seaside town of Ventnor with it's family friendly sheltered beach, exceptional restaurants and an incredible handmade icecream shop!
The space
From the front door you immediately notice the incredible view from the open plan lounge/dining room/TV snug, with fully equipped modern kitchen and large island leading on to the balcony to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
As this is an upside down house all four bedrooms are downstairs with each room having a beautiful sea view and opening on to the garden with heated swimspa, loungers, large dining table and chairs with Webber BBQ.
There is ample accommodation for 8 guests with one kingsize bedroom, one double room, one twin room and one room that converts from two singles into a super king double bed. Travel cot is available on request.
The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom on the ground floor with a further large shower room upstairs and a hot shower by the swim spa in the garden.
