About the Property



Beaumont Apartment has been beautifully designed to make the most of its enviable sea-facing position. Inside, the bright open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area welcomes you with contemporary décor and stylish comfort. A large bay window floods the space with natural light and frames the stunning coastal views, while plush seating and modern tech ensure a truly relaxing stay.



The well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine perfect for lazy breakfasts before heading to the beach. A convenient utility cupboard houses a washer/dryer for longer stays.

Modern suite with rainfall shower over bath, WC, heated towel rail, and hand basin.



The apartment benefits from lift access, making it suitable for all ages please note, the lift is currently out of use.
