A bright, 50-square-meter apartment with a terrace in the heart of Venice, just a short walk from the famous St. Mark’s Square. The apartment, which can accommodate up to 3 people, is located on the fourth floor of a historic building without an elevator. Please note that there is one step to enter the building and steep stairs leading to the apartment. The property is not suitable for children.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and a terrace.
The interior layout is as follows:
- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;
