The “Sausalito South” was recently renovated and is a larger than normal houseboat located on dock C in Venice Marina, with lots of room to tie up your own boats or have your charter pick you up on the back dock. This houseboat contains 6 bedrooms with 2 full sized beds and 5 full sized bunks and sleeps 12 comfortably. A larger bar with ice maker and a full kitchen and living area make this a great place to stay while in Venice Marina. Additional small commercial ice maker makes ice fast and stays cold.
The bathroom has a shower.

Bed were very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Great view from back deck. Plenty of comfortable sitting for 6 in living room after a long day on the water. AC units and fans in every room. Awesome fish camp will book this one next time we go to Vienice.
