Couldn't have asked for a better place to visit Venice! Incredibly walkable, yet far enough from all the "tourist traps" for our hotel to be in a quiet enough area at night. We have a pleasant staying at the hotel, the property is well maintained and has a great location. I’m giving them 4 stars because they are very late to respond any messages and also because the TV wasn’t working. The staff who did my check in were distracted and didn’t really pay attention to my request, but once only one person stayed, things changed and we received all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to vacation in Venice.

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast service was non-existent, we therefor opted not to eat on premise. The lobby is underwhelming, along with the adjacent bar. The spaces are not properly designed and because there are no proper seating options in the hotel rooms, there is little to no space where a guest could sit and have coffee or read, especially when the weather is rainy.

Nicely renovated rooms convinently located with a cute kosher breakfast. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Reception closes at 8pm so there's no one to help if your AC doesn't work, which happened to us.

An enjoyable place to stay in an interesting district of Venice, with a very local feel. A comfortable room, interesting breakfast, and very friendly staff, especially the ladies preparing breakfast. Only one issue was that the curtains in the room had been perfumed or cleaned with a strong product; which would have been better without and left neutral. Otherwise, a great hotel and recommended to fellow travelers seeking more authentic areas to stay and explore.

The location is, in my opinion: Perfect! Walking from the train station is about 15 minutes with luggage. There is 2 small bridges to get over. The Jewish Ghetto is a fantastic area. Great food for any meal is within 5 minutes. There is a police outpost right outside the door and the canal it sits on is trafficked, but not too busy. We stayed in the family suite with canal view and I could have stared out the windows all day. The bed was great, the bathroom was awesome and the staff was exceptional.

Location was great - 12 minute walk to the train station. Their breakfast is a normal European breakfast - light. The room had AC without a locked temperature which was great because we could put it to as cold as we wanted. Issue: There was sooo many fruit flies in our room. I don’t know if that’s a Venice thing but we had to kill so many of them. They were in the building a little too. The shower was good but in our room the floor wasn’t sloped properly so all the shower water went from the bathroom to the outside of our room door. There was a 1” puddle by our door. So keep that in mind when showering and don’t have any thing on the floor. Thankfully the floor was all tile.
