Important to note that The office at this Gated community needs to know that you are coming 15 days before you arrive. Be sure when you book this magnificent place that your check-in date is at least 17 days away so we have time to fill out your paperwork and send it to the office on premises, without any issues. This is a Newer Pool home & hot tub, overlooking a beautiful pond preserve. House comes fully loaded, with Beach gear. Garage & laundry room, desk, printer. Up to two dogs allowed, no vicious breeds. No cats or other kinds animals, we only accept dogs and dogs stay for free. Close to Beach, restaurants, and shopping . At the center of it all! Gated community with resort style clubhouse. Open floor plan tastefully decorated. Additional mandatory non-refundable $500 processing clubhouse fee will be collected after booking, through the Gran Paradiso when filling out the online application, for a background check. When you arrive and would like to use the clubhouse, and their amenities they will charge you $20 per person on the lease for use of their facilities and that will cover your entire stay. 28 day minimal rental for February and 30 day minimal rental for the rest of the year.
