We loved the location. It was a nice and quite place yet very close to the main places. The room as surprisingly spacious and with two full bathrooms which was great for our family of four. Would definitely book again.

Very central location and easy check-in. The staff communicated via messages and WhatsApp and it was super smooth. Could get a bit noisy and people could see in if you didn't use the blinds. Esp in the morning there were more noise due to the canal running just by the room windows (deliveries, traffic in general) however unless you are extremely sensitive it wasnt any issue. Rooms were clean and the area was very easily accessible to the rest of Venice
