You are going to want to book here just for the A.C alone if you are going in the summer!!!! The location is 10 minutes walk from the train station. Everyone was very nice and helpful, I have nothing negative to say.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and happy to assist us with anything we needed. The family suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for our family of 5. Having a a washing machine was very convenient. It was nice to stay in the charming and quiet Dorsoduri district, but also a nice walk and boat ride when we wanted to get to the center.
