Very clean room with queen bed, armoire, desk and chair. Flatscreen tv was nice, and a small bar fridge. Bathroom was also nice and clean, good sized shower, sink, toilet and bidet, also a drying rack for towels. Must note, room had heat but no air conditioning or fan. Worked fine for this time of year, but would be very hot in summer. Breakfast was included and was very good, with an excellent variety of food - granola, yogurt, fruit, pastries, toast, bagel, jams, eggs, and many varieties of coffee. The attendant brought cheeses and proscuitto as well -very nice. Helpful staff and excellent location on a quieter canal, outside of the busy St Mark's Square area.

Great hotel for a holiday in Venice

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the canal. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. This area of Venice is less touristy but still has a nice atmosphere and plenty of bars and restaurants.

The hotel is fine, it is located next to the grand canal so there is lots of activity and noise. The bed was very uncomfortable too firm for me causing some pain. I never gave the hotel an opportunity to address that.

This is by far the best hotel in our trip to Italy. The hotel has amazing views of the canal, it's situated in an area that's quieter with a few nice restaurants. It's very convenient, and if you arrived from the train station, its about 9 minutes walk and no bridges to cross, so no problems with luggage. If you book the rooms with views, you can enjoy the balcony with views of the canals, it was great. The amenities were great, nice shower facilities, the continental breakfast was amazing too. Very quaint as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice. Rooms were small and very little storage for a 4 night stay. Beds were hard and pillows were like boards. Breakfast was typical European…meats and cheese and croissants it was fine. We asked for more pillows and never received them. Our friend had a broken hairdryer and she was not offered another one until the last night. Location was GREAT!!! Lots of shopping and dining and water Vapporetta was wonderful and very close by. It is a 15 min. walk to the train station. Location was great! We would not stay here again.

Our train in Venice would arrive quite late. The day before arrival we asked via chat if we could check-in late and got the message they'd keep the reception open 'till midnight. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room itself was great and spacious. It's not a 5star hotel, but services and comfort are on level. 10/10 would stay again.

Nice location

Good location as it right by some restaurants with a sunset view, however a bit noisy. The room was super spacious but hardly any sunlight due to being on the ground floor. The aircondition was a savior. Room was generally clean.
