Have your best Gulf vacation at the beautiful beach town of Venice. Our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in a quiet neighborhood, less that 5 miles to Venice Beach, less, than 20 minutes drive to the only one natural Warm Water Springs in Florida; close to dinning, biking, hiking, etc. Home is equipped with beach items (towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler), 2 bikes, baby and kids items. Enjoy your evening BBQs in our fully fenced backyard! Enough space on the driveway to park a small boat.
PET POLICY:
Well behaved, flea free DOGS are allowed. No cats.
Max 2 dogs per reservation.
There is a Non-Refundable one time pet fee of $150 per reservation.
Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the pet. Aggressive dogs are NOT allowed.
Please pick up after your pet, don’t leave them alone in the house, take them with you.
1 dog bed, bowls and towels are provided. If any of those items used, please leave it cleaned, please wash and dry pet towels separately.

Ruta, our host, was nothing short of amazing. She answered all of our questions and took prompt action on our requests.The house and property were exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable.The house is located close to a bike and walking path which was ideal for us. If we return to the Venice area we will definitely stay again.Bonus..,my dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard!

Perfect stay

Wonderful Stay

This house is perfect for a vacay/getaway. It has everything you need. Great location, everything in Venice is super close. It's updated and very clean! Amazing back yard perfect for our doggos, great neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking here next time we visit Venice!!

Excellent for cyclist

My wife and I are cycling enthusiasts and we could be at the Waterfront/Legacy bike trails within 10 minutes. Beaches were close but not walking distance. We really liked the property and on the few occasions when we needed to communicate with Ruta she was always very quick to respond. Overall we would highly recommend this property.

Very nice property

Located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood, house is extremely well-equipped. Although there were two of us, it's clear that this is a good house for couples with children. There is a wide range of equipment and accessories for families. Excellent washer and dryer. The garage was greatly appreciated. All in all, we were very pleased with the house as well as the level of communication from the owner.

Wonderful house!

This place is the best!! Wonderful 2 BR house with a great yard in a very friendly, clean, safe neighborhood....close to beaches, nature preserves and the fantastic historic Venice downtown. Do not hesitate to book this well equipped and comfortable home for your Venice stay!

Friendliest host

Ruta was very communicative during my whole stay, and checked in frequently to make sure everything was OK. The house was very clean, very easy to get into. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed. I’ve slept in a long time. The upgraded kitchen was definitely nice to see and use and the garage was a plus. Ruta was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again if I ever have to.
