Ly'an High Lodge - Venice Marina

Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath houseboat in a great location on the front of B Dock. Listing features wireless internet, satellite TV, cell signal booster, washer/dryer, as well as brand new furniture and bedding. We have the largest front porch on the dock with fish cleaning table, ice machine, rocking chairs and gas grill.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
