No gas, no reduction

We had no gas in the first days. A reduction was offered, but it was not enough (we rejected because we needed to eat outside instead of cooking). From that moment on, the communication went complicated. Instead of reimbursing us after check-out, as it was promised, the agency went silent. It's 10 days after check-out: No money for 3,5 days without warm water, without gas to cook.
