This hotel is in the heart of activities in Venice, just a few steps from St. Mark’s square. Very convenient, with lots of shopping and dining options. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location & very well maintained. The room was very comfortable, quiet, great bed. The hotel arranged for out water taxi from the airport & to the train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Nice variety, very well prepared, breakfast area was quite attractive. The desk personnel were fantastic! Very friendly, incredibly helpful, & really focused on ensuring that your stay was perfect.
