​We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is absolutely ideal—so close to local shops, restaurants, the beach, and the water buses straight into Venice. Edoardo was the perfect host. Ahead of our arrival, he sent a friendly WhatsApp introduction with all the details we needed for a late check-in, including a video showing us exactly how to enter the hotel and room. The room was compact, but very comfortable and modernised.The complimentary morning coffee and juice was a highly welcomed and lovely way to start the day. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

La chambre n’était pas propre quand nous sommes arrivé et le ménage n’avait pas était fait lors de notre séjour. Chambre pas isolé, on entend tout et très humide. Concernant le personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. L’hôtel est bien situé, comparer au centre de Venise, à côté de la plage et à même pas 10 min de la navette.
