Overall a good stay and excellent service. Location turned out great, 5 minutes to the public water taxi/ferry service or 15-20 minute walk (maximum) to anywhere we wanted to go. I did have to carry our luggage up and down the steps of the Rialto bridge, the closest public ferry drop off, which sucked. You could order private boats though, probably quite expensive. That bridge also gave us easy walking access to Rialto area and San Marco. So I am glad we were close to it. If that is a concern, stay close to a ferry service dock and stay on the same side of the grand canal as the dock. AC could have been a bit better, might be an issue during July/August, room could have been a touch more modern, but it is as pictured.

My new favorite hotel chain. The owners care a lot about this property and it shows. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, ever. Amazing location on the canal, but tucked away in a quiet corner. Fantastic staff. Loved it.

While we were only in Venice a short time our stay was everything we needed. From check-in to checkout, we couldn’t fault anything. The staff were very accommodating and the buffet breakfast was such a lovely way to start the day. Such a great location and would definitely recommend.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel in a deluxe canal room. Our room was on the first floor with a lovely view of the canal, however, could be a bit noisy at night given it was the first floor. Room size was reasonable, perhaps a little small for what we were expecting. Bathroom was good, though the shower was in the bath and it was quite a high step to get in. Room was very clean. Breakfast was okay. As for the hot food, it didn’t seem to be replenished so some of the food was cold and stodgy. Not a great deal of options for gluten free. Service at the hotel was good.

This property is AMAZING. Right on the canal. It exceeded my expectations. Room was a good size and the bed comfy. The biggest bonus was how close it was to the Water bus system and many amazing restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! We loved it!!

Highly recommend. We have the family suite that is next to the hotel and faces the canal (lots of stairs). Great location and staff. I would definitely stay there again. Water taxi from there to the airport was 150 euro. Definitely on the expensive side but was nice for the convenience.

The service was excellent from first arrival to departure. Comfortable, light. I booked a room overlooking the Canal and it was worth it. A great finish to the end of my Italian holiday! Commuting to and from airport super easy with both more expensive and cheaper options. Traghettos and Vaporetto only metres from hotel making it easy to get around Venice. Loved it! Highly recommend!
