Loved my stay! The hotel was a short walk from the train station, super cute and the staff was pleasant. Felt very safe, leaving the key behind was not an issue for me and beat having to carry them in a small purse. No complaints, would definitely stay again.

Remember that few old style Italians hotels have lifts so be prepared to heft luggage up, possibly, many stairs. The door on my room would often stick on the jam and the lock was a pain in the neck. Having said that, the location is only 300m from the station and right on the Main Street on the island. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. The air conditioner made life more pleasant as the afternoons got warmer.

For what it is, it's a 5 star hotel. Couldn't be in a better location if you value ease coming into and leaving the city. Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, clean and simple accommodations. This is an "inexpensive" hotel option but gives you everything you need except luxury. There are plenty of those hotels throughout the city if that's what you're looking for. As a reminder, breakfast is not included and as of April 2026 cost 10 euro per person. The offerings were simple but sufficient. We would absolutely come back!!
