Initially we thought whilst the hotel was dated the location was brilliant so we were happy to continue with the booking. However on our third night my partner developed some spots on the final night he was covered. These were bed bug bites. When he told the hotel on check out their response was oh. No apology. No discussion. Don’t stay unless you what to be bitten.

Booked in Cansl Hotel when checked in the moved ist some Walter Hote around the corner no warning no option to change and let us know after they took my money . Staff not friendly Breakfast poor and Air Conditioner didnt work said something to staff and they did nothing it only blew hot air . Only good thing about this was the location

Clean room, nice staff, location is perfect but, my main issue with the room was that the AC is based on a central system which they had running very hot. the room was small so it would get really hot. at some point i could turn it off but then i had to deal with bloodsucking mosquitos entering the room. so it was mosquitos or get a headache with the heater. I mentioned that to the staff and they said they had to follow a regulation to keep the heater on. Also breakfast time was tough, im not sure if there were 2 hotel guests attending the breakfasts, but it became a problem to fin seat. I was by myself and it was easier, but 3 or motr proplr had to wait longer in the already crowded area.

Enjoyed 2-night stay and better than expected

Enjoyed our two-night stay and had better experience than I expected based on reviews, which might be due to off season right now. Breakfast space is good, and all staffs were nice and helpful. Definitely I would recommend this hotel.
