The entire experience was positive, from the short, uncomplicated walk to and from the hotel, to the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast. Our group of eight and I were very satisfied! One of the unique things I liked was the style of the rooms; they were clean yet had an old aesthetic charm! As a first-time traveler to this location, I would definitely come back!

The hotel was in a very good location - close to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning did not cool the best and the internet connection wasn't very strong. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the price.

The room was really hot. We had to drag our luggage up a full flight of stairs. There is no elevator. The room was very small, but clean. The day staff were not accommodating however the night staff did offer us a room change and suggested the room would be cooler.

Great place if you want to be on the grand canal. Otherwise forget it! Expedia says kettle in room, free wifi, (wifi was abysmal, concierge staff were not helpful, no kettle) nowhere to hang your towel after a shower, tv did not work! Overall not satisfied!!!!!

The room was clean but very much in needed of some refurbishment? Some electricity cables were hanging under the bed side table. Not enough plug in the bedroom. Bath tube had some cracks. Some part of the facade need some TLC. The breakfast is ok. No fresh fruit or vegetables. The staff were nice welcoming and very helpful. Great location , close to transport and good vue on the Canal. We loved our stay at Venice, you have a wonderful town. Thank you.

Booked in Cansl Hotel when checked in the moved ist some Walter Hote around the corner no warning no option to change and let us know after they took my money . Staff not friendly Breakfast poor and Air Conditioner didnt work said something to staff and they did nothing it only blew hot air . Only good thing about this was the location
