Nice and clean. Easy to walk around. If there was a kettle inside the room that would be amazing. Even though the room with double bed was a little small for two people, its cleanliness and the comfort of the bed and the location compensated for that.
This hotel was amazing. A short distance from Rialto Bridge & St Marks Square & lots of shops & restaurants. We needed at water taxi for an early morning flight & the hotel organised this for us. Exceptionally clean hotel with friendly staff. Would definately stay there again if visiting.
Lovely hotel, great location and clean! Staff were excellent! Only drawback was the tiny room….the double bed took nearly all the floor space and we couldn’t have our 2 large suitcases open on the floor. The cupboard was also tiny so we used the bed to access luggage then stand it up closed against the wall in between with barely enough room to get in and out the doorway. Otherwise a great place to stay!
This property was at first a little tricky to find but the hotel provided a drawing on how to get there, and once we got our bearings we realized it was perfectly located to all the central attractions and restaurants. They have 24hr reception which made us feel very safe. The hotel was clean and the house keeping did a great job with providing fresh towels every day. The hotel is located over a “secret gem of a bar” where the drinks are a very good price. It was a little noisy on the weekend but the hotel was pretty sound proof, and we didn’t notice any noise during the week days. I highly recommend staying here, we had an amazing time and it was the perfect way to start our European vacation.

This room was extremely small. You cannot put your luggages open anywhere and you will be forced to open your dirty luggages on your bed. The bed is not comfortable, at all. There are mosquitos in the room, I got a severe reaction from the mosquito bites in this room. My husband killed about 7 after we realized we were being attacked by mosquitos in the room, spent 15 minutes tracking them down inside the room. The room had windows, but useless when you don’t want more mosquitos to come in, so you MUST keep them shut. There were plus sides to the hotel, it is close to most everything. They have a tiny elevator. The front desk is helpful in regards to booking water taxi’s.
Fantastic hotel - very central but not on top of all the major sites teaming with visitors.
Very quiet even with a bar next door.
Beautiful room that was very comfortable.
Like everywhere in Venice, this hotel is small, historic, vintage. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Bed was firm, but could be more plush. We slept well. Quiet, convenient, close to boat transport and walkable. Lots of gelato options nearby, good bar, and pasta options too. Breakfast was not included, but reasonable price.

Liked: Cleanliness
The hotel is in a little alley way, with a cool little bar at the corner.
Great location, a little difficult to find, but once you know where it is, you will love the convenience of the location
The front desk staff was always welcome and helpful. Our room was always clean and cool and easy access from the main areas in Venice. The Bacarando downstairs is excellent,m; offering such good appies (chicchetti) and drinks at a great price.
A perfect oasis, and I was always thankful for the lift to get to our 3rd floor room after a long day!
The room was great and very clean . The lady in reception was lovely . The breakfast was quite small selection but worth the 10 euros . I had a vegan travelling with me that could only have bread. Overall very comfortable stay a little gem. The bar under is quite noisy but stops dead on midnight and to be fair it is just the sound of a vibrant city enjoying itself .
