This Houseboat features a roomy open living room and Kitchen plan with high ceilings and a cozy porch for relaxing, dining and drinking against a lovely cypress backdrop. Sleeps 7! All of the beds are Full-Size, baby soft, and the 7th bed is in the Loft. Enjoy the Marina Madness and come back to the neat, clean Cypress Cove for some essential R&R!

Back deck was great with a beautiful view as seen in the picture. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots, pans, cutting boards ,knives, tongs, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Very nice gas grill on the back deck for grilling. Cooked great. Beds comfortable and big ice machine to fill fish coolers for trip home.

Fishing Trip

Great stay for fishing out of Venice. Inshore Capt. picked us up right off the back deck. Nice quiet area on a dead-end road very little traffic. Kitchen and living room were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Great back porch for socializing after a day of fishing. The ice machine was an added bonus.

Overall experience was good

The manager/owner of property worked with us on changing our dates to match up with better weather for our fishing charter which was awesome. The house itself could use a deep cleaning there were spider webs and spiders all over the ceilings (we delt with that) the water pressure in the shower was horrible and the septic smell was strong throughout the house. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

A great trip

Loved this houseboat in Cypress Cove. It has a cool deck that we bbq’d, fished and watched the gators on. The fishing charter boat picked us up right from the deck and we had a fabulous day out fishing. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed. Thanks Nick!!
