Ca Lucia is a pleasant appartment situated in the St. Mark's quarters in the historical center of Venice.

It is 50 meters away from the Palazzo Grassi and a few minutes walk from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge.

The appartment is 48 meters big and has been recently restored, keeping its Venetian characteristics.
It has its own entrance and is completely independent. It is ideal for holidays and business.

The appartment is fully furnished and consists of a sitting room, well equiped kitchenette, a double room and a spacious bathroom (new bathroom in 2017). There is a sofa that can be used as a double bed in the sitting room.
The appartment has heating, a washing machine, a satellite TV, a toaster, a microwave oven, a hairdryer, air conditioning etc.

All services - grocery and other shops, restaurants, etc can be found nearby.

The San Samuele vaporetto stop from which the fantastic islands of Burano and Murano and the railway station can be reached, is 50 meters away.

The neighborhood is in the center of the city where you can experience the Venetian life, in particular, visiting the Rialto market where one can purchase fresh products, and the typical osterie (Bacari).

The location is central, it is close to the stops of the ACTV public waterbus line 2, which is line 1.
Line 1 stop S. Angelo, 5 minutes walk to get home,
Line 2 stop San Samuele 2-minute walk to get home,
these connections are very convenient for those arriving from Piazzale Roma or from the Saint Lucia train station (20 minutes), and of course to get around and see the city.

From 'airport is a great service of' Alilaguna orange line stops at Sant'Angelo near the house, boat trip that lasts an hour.

Alternatively the airport there is a bus service ATVO arriving in Piazzale Roma in 20 minutes, then walk or ACTV boat:

Luggage could be left in the apartment if there is no booking for the following day.
