Great location near to the shuttle buses and some water taxi stops. Staff were helpful, room was basic but clean. Shower worked well - no issues with it running cold like I’ve had in other hotels! Continental breakfast buffet was simple but plenty to choose from. Would stay there again if I went back to Venice.

Great service! We had a medical emergency and the staff was super kind and helpful the whole time. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are big, and the location is perfect—you can take a ferry anywhere or walk to restaurants and cafés in about 10 minutes.

Staff was friendly and helped us with every need. Breakfast was very good with a large assortment of protein and sweets. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars was elevator was close for repairs and my husband is handicapped and struggled with all the flights.
