Charming apartment just steps from a vaporetto stop and a lovely restaurant. The only drawback was the incredible heat wave that hit Europe while we were there. The portable air conditioner provided needed some way to affix it’s hot air hose so that it blew out the window without the outside air coming in. We rigged pillows and trash bags but a piece of tin or something that blocked the window with a hole for the hose would have been a big help. In cooler weather it would have been perfect.

An excellent place to stay in Venice

My daughter and I really enjoyed our three days in Venice. The apartment was close but not too close to the train station and a stones throw from the vaperetti stop. Lots of good restaurants near by and just off the beaten track so it was quiet and less crowded. I would absolutely stay here again.

Mi estancia ha sido en general buena. El apartamento tiene bastantes dezconchados en las paredes, me imagino que debido a la humedad. Y la habitación y el baño no tienen cortinas o estores. La habitación da como a un descampado pof lo que se supone que no te ve nadie y el baño da a la calle y aunque los cristales no son transparentes, si ve la sklueta.

Appartement de surface assez grande. Salle de douche, cuisine et chambre confortables, lit tres bien. Salon un peu défraîchi. Appartement tres correct, bien équipé. Assez sombre car en rez de chaussée, lumiere nécessaire meme en journee ds cuisine et salon.

ESTAFA, no visiten este lugar

Estafadoras las que administran me generaron un impuesto a nombre de la ciudad de Venecia que no esta vigente y supuestos servicios. No me han devuelto 60 Euros por supuesto impuesto y servicios, se suma sin mi autorización que hicieron uso de mi tarjeta de crédito por 100 Euros de garantía obligándome a cancelar tarjeta de crédito. ESTAFADORAS ESTAFADORAS ESTAFADORAS. Estoy decepcionado de este lugar. A esta hora ya estoy en mi país y no recibo mi rembolso. A ustedes les engañaron hoteles.com (Ver fotos) a esta hora no me llega el reembolso que les dijeron que me devolverían. A través de amigos que viven en Italia veré que puede hacer la Policía de Finanzas de Italia con este tipo de estafa. Pero ayúdemen a insistir mi pago de 60 Euros.

Excellent location. Very nice bathroom and kitchen. It is hard to get sleep wth no air conditioner in Venezia in summertime. Destination, cleaning and linen fee should be charged at first time when I searched hotel because it’s not small money.
