This hotel is a small, typical European room. The main selling point is that it is safe, secure, quiet and Nicolo was the most helpful! Set back away from the crowds, we had no problems.

Staff were brillaint very friendly and helpful, great location to walk into central venice or the water taxi is just sound the corner, close to the train station. A very special thankyou to all the staff at the hotel for their recommendations and assistance with getting to the hotel from the airprot, if we return to venice we will always pick this hotel. :)

Very friendly staff Hotel is older but they all are. we had a quad room and it was large and all functional. It was about a 10-12 min walk from train station and the restaurants around the hotel we all being enjoyed by locals and it was safe . Would recommend and it is very close to the crea water taxi stop

Great hotel and fantastic location

A great value hotel in the best area of Venice. Situated in a quiet courtyard but literally a minutes walk from the canal side restaurants of Cannaregio. Vaporetto stops are nearby as is a stop on the airport water bus route and the main rail station so it’s ideally located. Wonderfully helpful staff who are there to guide you through the intricacies of the city. An added bonus is breakfast served in the garden.
