This is such a strange situation. But I can’t review a property that I didn’t stay at. We were told to go to a different hotel to check in because the check-in was temporarily closed at this hotel. Somehow we didn’t even end up staying at this hotel, but rather at a different hotel. While the other hotel was clean and served our purpose for one night it was not what I had booked. Great Hotel, large and clean room and amazing view to inner garden. Great bed, modern bathroom. Peaceful and good night sleep. So authentic and lovely. We had a wonderful stay at Ca’ Dei Polo. The convenient location just beyond the bridge from the train station made for a short trek with our luggage. The room was spacious and provided a lovely view of the canals. The receptionist at check-in (located at Hotel Agli Artisti) was incredibly kind and provided great info ahead of our stay in Venice.
