Excellent staff everyone we’ve met has been helpful and friendly, overall clean room, just the grouting in the shower could do with a bit of bleach. We couldn’t figure out the air con so we opened the window at night which brought in some mosquitos. We asked for extra duvet because i wanted to sleep on the sofa as the bed was too soft for my liking. They brought it up with no issue. I don’t know if it’s the sewage system but the bathroom has a smell that doesn’t go away but ok if you keep it shut. Overall not bad quite happy especially the friendly staff.

Everything was so great , even the staff members helped us bring down our luggages was very nice and appreciative. The only thing was the room was cold and still ran the AC. We asked the heater but been told we still running AC.

This hotel is marvelous for its convenience to the transpo. lots of good eateries around it and the great attention hotel staff give to guests. My wife and i rate this hotel very high based on a 6 week tour of norther italy

Excellent location, just 8min walk from train station. Lots of dinning and shopping options. Nice & Busy area but not as busy as San Marco or San Polo which is super crowded. Front desk staff were super friendly and answered all our questions about the area since it was our first time there. Room Cleaning crew did a wonderful job. Room & shower were both nice and clean. Only issue, it was hot so we left the windows open, the street noise didn’t bother us but We got lots of mosquitoes in, lots of them so we ended closing windows. There was a AC unit but no remote. We stayed only two nights so next time we’ll ask for remote. Will stay here again.

Quaint hotel, small room rooms exceedingly small. The assistance from the front desk from the hotel across the street owned by the same people was outstanding and they helped us in every possible way. I’d suggest that you stay at the hotel across the street if there’s rooms available since this rooms are nicer and bigger.

This was a great spot to explore Venice from! With shops and restaurants just steps from our door. Staff was always available to help out with any needs we might have had, just a few steps across the street. Signage on the hotel always made it easy to find after a long day of walking Venice and exploring!

Apart from being a little confused about gaining entry to the hotel, I thought it was very clean, staff were very helpful, great position for access to the canals. People perhaps need to be aware the reception is over the road at their sister hotel. There are no lifts and it was 70 steps to our room.

Room was surprisingly quiet even though we were on the main road Sweet balcony to view Main Street. Great price, great location. Walkable to everything. There was a letter left for guests saying that food and drinks in the room were forbidden. It did not specify alcoholic drinks. Yet, they had a refrigerator with drinks in it you could buy. I have never stayed in a hotel room that said you were not allowed to bring food or drinks in. This was not mentioned at check in either. Very disappointed and felt this was extreme.
