The hotel was two bridges away from the Santa Lucia terminal station, so convenient and easy to walk to. The staff was so helpful when we had questions. Told us which bus line to take to get where we wanted. Have us recommendations of areas and things to do and even scheduled our taxi pick up on our check out date.

The room was super clean. The cleaning lady was nice and polite. The breakfast was awesome. We were switching the people who stayed there in the second night and there were some misunderstanding in between. The staff was patient and coordinative. We would stay there again.
