Hotel was very convenient location wise, for restaurants and good transport links to the airport and islands. Hotel very clean and friendly polite staff. Great breakfast. Only negative was no lift in the hotel so a lot of stairs to climb. Overall a lovely boutique hotel I would stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the train station, right in the middle of shops, restaurants, and lively, walkable streets. The property has been recently renovated, and the rooms are very clean, equipped with air conditioning and room service.

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. It was in a well located area, especially for getting back to the airport. Was quiet and very clean as well. Bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was a decent size for it being a smaller hotel room.

This was such an amazing place. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean! The area was only 8 min walk from train station. Loved this place

Our stay here was less than ideal, but not awful. As may be the case in Venice in general, the room was very small and the shower would not be accessible for someone who is obese. Thankfully, neither one of us are. Lol. The location, on the other hand, is outstanding!
