Good location in Venice. Not far from everything, yet on quiet street. Our room had canal view which was nice. Good breakfast, and you can even sit at the table outside looking at boats passing by.

Very nice property, rooms very small for 3 people, also very noisy with workers sawing and drilling at 6:30 every morning. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Definitely use the blue line to get to location.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and flexible. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in a very quiet area of Venice but a 5-10 minute walk of the busier areas. We definitely want to return!

This place is ideal in Venice easy to walk around very safe owner and everyone at the hotel is wonderful. Breakfasts are phenomenal. Water taxi back home came right to the canal at the rear of the dining area.

Perfect place

Very comfortable, great breakfast and snacks, amazing quiet location. We were worried that a trip to Venice would mean fighting off crowds, but this place was a sanctuary in a quiet neighborhood, yet walked to everything.
