Friendly staff and good price but reeked of smoke

Friendly staff and a good price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available.

Very difficult to find. Poor signage. Impossible to find parking. Had to go below Holiday inn next door for parking garage. Once you come out of garage the signs points you in the wrong direction. No air conditioning but the good news is they have ventilation, meaning you open the window. However they are right next to a freeway which is very busy. So you either roast to death in a hot room and get no sleep or you open the widow and hear traffic all night and get no sleep. On a positive, They did give us an extra fan. Shower is too small and very slippery

Hotel looks beautiful on the picture! Please stay away from this hotel. People smokes all the time in front of the hotel, no parking available, you have to park on the street and spot is not guaranteed. No carpet in the room, my room was dirty with dust under the bed!

Une belle nuit du samedi 11 octobre. On nous demande une caution en autorisation bancaire pas de soucis. Le rendu de cette caution devait se faire le lundi 13 octobre à midi mais aujourd'hui nous sommes le jeudi 16 octobre et ma caution n est toujours pas rendu 😡😡😡😡. Encore mieux ce vendredi nous y retournons (on avait réservé ce lundi me disant que d ici mardi max la caution serait rendu) bien sûr une caution est déjà prélever en plus de celle du dernier séjour 😂😂😂😡😡😡.
