Soweit alles gut bis auf zwei kleine Anmerkungen

Das Zimmer war sauber und neu eingerichtet. leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Wasserkocher oder KĂŒhlschrank um GetrĂ€nke oder Medikamente kĂŒhl zu halten. des Weiteren saßen Abends unter dem Fenster auf dem Parkplatz GĂ€ste und haben geraucht. Der Rauch ist in das Zimmer gezogen was nicht sehr angenehm war und ich mußte das Fenster den ganzen Abend geschlossen halten. Es sollte in diesem Bereich eine Rauchfrei Zone eingerichtet werden.

Die Unterkunft, das GĂ€stehaus, fĂŒr junge Leute, aber nicht fĂŒr so alte Menschen wie mich, Wendeltreppe, wenn man schlecht zu Fuß ist, Bett viel zu tief, Badezimmer, nicht gerecht, wenn man eingeschrĂ€nkt ist, fĂŒr mich persönlich nicht empfehlenswert, deshalb habe ich die Nacht auch nicht dort verbracht Weil es ging einfach nicht, hatte schon andere GĂ€stehĂ€user, die werden wesentlich komfortabler und auch behindertengerecht ausgestattet, auch vom Treppenhaus auf ja, so dass das alles zu bewĂ€ltigen war

Hinweis zum Standort nicht klar.

Das Gaestehaus gehoert zum Parkhotel in Velbert. Es hat selbst keine Rezeption. Leider wurde mir das nicht mitgeteilt. Da ich abends erst recht spaet eintraf (was ich auch telefonisch vorher angekuendigt hatte), war es sehr aergerlich, bei meiner Ankunft vor verschlossenen Tueren zu stehen und ein Schild mit dem Hinweis: Einchecken und Schluessel holen im Parkhotel vorzufinden. Ich war muede und musste erst noch zum Parkhotel und dann wieder zurueck. Ich denke, das sind Informationen, die auf der Seite der Beschreibung des Hotels stehen muessten, damit man nicht erst unnoetigerweise das falsche Gebaeude sucht. Was waere denn gewesen, wenn die einer alten und gebrechlichen Person spaet abends dort passiert waere?

Leider gab es wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts von 2 NĂ€chten keinen Reinigungsservice, d. h. : das Bett wurde nicht gemacht, die MĂŒlleimer nicht geleert etc. An der Rezeption wurde meine Beschwerde nur erwidert mit: "Es hat sich schon eine andere Person auch beschwert und vielleicht ist die Reinigung des Zimmers nicht Bestandteil Ihrer Buchung." - nicht wirklich hilfreich und sehr schade, aber leider kein Einzelfall, da schon beim Aufenthalt zuvor die Sauberkeit im GĂ€stehaus nicht befriedigend war.
