A cot and high chair can be obtained from the office upon request, subject to a deposit, making the apartment a practical choice for guests travelling with young children. Regarding the cancellation policy, bookings cancelled up to 60 days before arrival may be cancelled free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, you retain the right to propose a replacement tenant, provided that the substitute tenant is deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is considered decisive for determining entitlement to the cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays being treated as non-working days, meaning the next working day applies in such cases. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
