Are you looking for a house to come and spend your holidays with family or friends by the sea? Come and discover the "Queen of the Sands" house.

The town centre of Vaux-Sur-Mer with its abbey church and daily market are 800m away. The beaches and the centre of Royan are just a few minutes away.
The accommodation
The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, built-in fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ...

A washing machine is also available.

The dining room table can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The living room has several armchairs and a TV area.

High-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the home.

The house has a bathroom (with bath and toilet) and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are upstairs and the sanitary facilities are on the first floor.

In addition, sheets are provided and beds will be made on arrival. All you have to do is put your suitcases down!

Not adjoining, it is surrounded by an enclosed garden without vis-à-vis in which you can enjoy the Charente Maritime sun, prepare your grills on the barbecue provided and eat on the large wooden terrace in the shade of the pergola.

Vraiment super !

Le logement est super agréable. Malgré un désistement, la maison est parfaite pour 8 personnes. La rue est calme, et la maison super jolie mais surtout bien équipée pour la cuisine (on a adoré la faire !). Lucile et François ont été absolument adorables et disponibles tout le long du séjour, je recommande l'expérience chaleureusement !
