It’s is older but was clean and very friendly staff . They have put in some effort to refresh the rooms . If you are looking for a new high end hotel this isn’t for you . If you want decent , clean , reasonable place to stay . Then I totally recommend this place .

The hotel had no staff to check us in. We had to wait for someone to show up. Then, when checking our beds, the sheets were stained and had hair on them . This was a disgusting experience. We got a refund but I still think Expedia can do better than this.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. No restaurant, No laundry. No elevators. No parking lot - parking across the street or in front if you're lucky. Very noisy (can hear neighbours and the train shakes the room and is very loud). No oven/stove in the room. 2-burner hotplate (mine was broken), very minimal dishes and pots/pans.

While there is a sign on the building saying the Nechako Inn, having a sign on the actual door that can easily be seen from the sidewalk would be helpful, especially since there are a few businesses in the building. Over all the room was basic and clean and quiet. The microwave had issues but we didnt bother complaining, just made do. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Vanderhoof.
