Yes, great location, friendly and helpful staff, also so nice to have got an early check in after a 14.4 hours flight from Sydney Australia. Will highly recommend this hotel for members of the family and friends. Great experience in BEAUTIFUL Vancouver.

We loved our lush king bed and linens, the coffee was excellent, the TV had programming we could actually select and enjoy. We had a view of BC place, which was nice with the lit street below. The handy/body lotion in the same fragrance as the shower amenities was a nice touch. The only complaint really was the shower-head was too short for a 6’ man. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient & professional. We will stay again. PS! Bamboo keys are a great idea!!

Very clean, excellent location, friendly staff! The only improvement would be to not have the cleaning staff outside tour hotel room door with a very loud walkie-talkie blaring all conversations throughout the hotel starting around 9:00 AM, when we could be getting a little bit more beauty sleep.

Our stay was excellent. the rooms were extremely clean and new. The check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite throughout our stay. The location was very convenient downtown and Uber was easily available. Parking was convenient. Only request that could make the stay even better would be to make coffee available from 6 am to 9pm, perhaps.
