The building was well maintained and felt very clean. Very pleasant check-in check out experience. Room was very clean and the shower in the room was clean. We put “Do Not Disturb” on the door and we went out for our day to return to see that the room was entered. This was disheartening as we asked to be left alone. And the only other thing was that the lovely body wash that you provided would not pump and could not be opened so had to use shampoo lol. All smelled amazing though.

Rooms were incredibly tidy and clean. Shower was very clean, and super cute. The provided soaps and lotions are incredible. The hotel was quiet through the night, couldn't hear much noise from other people. We will be rebooking here for our stay in April!

This is my new favorite place to stay for business in Vancouver. Just steps from tons of restaurants, convenient location in the staff was super helpful. The rooms were fantastic and having a Nespresso machine was the cherry on top.

Apart from the construction, which is not the hotel's fault, this facility is beyond amazing for the price when compared to surrounding areas. Staff is super helpful, you get access to a gym and swimming pool for free at the YWCA fitness center a few blocks away and rooms are super clean. Only two issues were the shampoo set which didn't smell very good and the coffee machines in the lobby which broke down for 1 of the days. Other than that it was superb. Thank you for the staff for being always available and helpful.

The staff were super responsive, friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but beautifully lit and contained all the amenities we needed (and more!), as well as a lovingly put together guest guide with all the information you would need (and more!). The location is so convenient in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The social purpose of this not-for-profit hotel is something we fully support (we loved the Space for Grace in the top-floor outdoor patio). The only downside is that the stadium is very close and events can run into the night, so light sleepers should bring ear plugs.

This was my first stay at the YWCA and it was fantastic. The check in was easy, room was super clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the gym probably needs a little bit of a refresh, as many things are broken (exercise machines) or missing (weights). Unfortunately I didn't have time to go to the larger YMCA for a workout and needed to use the hotel gym -- next time!
