YOUR PERFECT WORLD CUP HQ JUST STEPS FROM BC PLACE AND FIFA'S "LAST MILE" FOR THE ULTIMATE MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE. This beautiful one bedroom condo is located in the heart of the stadium district. Sleeps 4 (5 if needed). Guests have access to an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. Close to False Creek, the historic Gastown, and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes. This condo is in the perfect location for you to experience the FIFA World Cup and all that Vancouver has to offer.

Entering the building:
Prior to your check-in, you will be provided with a virtual fob link. Once you've arrived at the building entrance, simply open the Buzzly link on your phone and click the unlock button before dialing #018 on the intercom system to the left of the front door.

Using the door keypad: Upon booking, you will be provided with the keycode.

Using the key FOB:
You will be provided with one key FOB for your stay. You will need this FOB to get into the building and to use the elevator.

Accessing the amenities:
During your stay, make sure to check out the spa-like building amenities! To access the amenities, use the FOB to access floor 3. Change rooms and lockers are available for you to store your belongings.

Garbage and recycling:
To access the garbage and recycling room, take the elevator to ground level. Turn left out of the elevator and the room will be at the end of the hallway on your right. You will need the FOB.

Secure underground parking:
If you have a vehicle and require secure underground parking, please send a message in advance.

TV and Music:
To use the TV, turn it ON using the small Samsung remote with the four colored dots at the top right. To watch cable, press the HOME button, then press down on the circle pad to select CABLE TV, then click the centre button. You can also use the remote to watch NETFLIX or PRIME VIDEO. To connect your own music to the bluetooth Samsung soundbar, turn the soundbar ON using the small SAMSUNG SOUNDBAR remote. Use the top right button to select the bluetooth setting. On your device, turn on your bluetooth and select [AV] Samsung Soundbar M430 M-Series.

How to make the sofa bed:
To make the sofa bed, simply move the ottoman and coffee table out of the way. Then, pull out the bottom drawers of the couch and move the couch cushions down into the open space to create a flat surface. Within the couch ottoman, you will find a mattress cover to lay on the top of the sofa bed, along with sheets, a duvet, and pillows.

Air mattress:
An air mattress and pump are available if needed in the closet beside the kitchen island.

Extra linens and towels:
Extra linens, pillows, and towels are available in the closet beside the kitchen island.

Heat:
Luckily, the building stays warm in the winter months. If you need to adjust the heat, tap the right side of the Google Nest dial on the wall beside the large painting. Then, hold your finger on the side and drag down until the three vertical lines are selected. Tap again to turn on the heat. Repeat these steps to turn off the heat.
