Security & Neighbourhood:
For added peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor and record movement around the property 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home or facing interior spaces.

Payment Terms:
• Deposit - A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival to confirm your reservation.
• Remaining Balance - The remaining 50% is due 14 days before check-in.
• Processing Fee - A 5% processing fee applies to each transaction and is non-refundable.
• Cancellation Policy -Cancellations are subject to our standard policy. Please note that processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• ID Requirement: A picture of government-issued photo ID is required upon booking.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit is required upon booking
• Parking: 4-5 parking spots are available.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Separate Suite: The basement suite is currently rented and occupied. The guests in that space do not have access to the main house, and vice versa, ensuring your privacy. They may occasionally use the backyard; however, you will have priority.
• Hot Tub Notice: There is a hot tub onsite in the back patio; however, it is not currently functional.
• Pack & Play: A pack and play is provided as a courtesy for families traveling with little ones. Guests are responsible for proper setup and use, and we recommend reviewing manufacturer instructions to ensure safe use.
