Host would not communicate and I never booked this. I tried to contact both the owner as well as VRBO and we met with great difficulty! The numbers given don’t work in Canada and the link to the host was invalid and the number went unanswered. We never stayed at this unit as we never booked this unit. This has been a terrible experience trying to reach anyone so my credit card company is now involved!

Our stay was excellent. The property was in a great location for our needs - hockey tournament. I very much appreciated the host adjusting our check out time by a couple of hours. It overlapped with the end time of our game. A great stay, thank you.

Overall the unit is excellently clean especial mention the washroom. Kitchen is clean and very much organize. Rooms are big and beds are wide. I will definitely recommend to relatives and friends.

The place itself was really nice, super clean and had a great aesthetic; but on the second night,the power went out and it was frustrating trying to reach the host. I called three times with no answer and she only picked up when my friend called after. Our phones were under 10% and we even had to go out just to charge them. While the host gave a 50 discount it did not feel enough for the inconvenience. The door lock was also tricky and took a while to open each time. Overall, the property was lovely, but communication and handling of the situation and the compensation could have been better.
