The staff are nice enough. But insanely scummy practices at the hotel. Teresa (and I’m sure other staff) are incredibly pushy for 5 star Google reviews. They will offer to waive the early check-in fee and offer free upgrades but only if you give them a 5 star review immediately (when you’re checking in, before you can even properly review anything) so most of the fees seem to be just there to try to force you into a review to avoid them. Not only that, but the wifi terms and conditions harvest your data and require that you agree to get newsletters from the hotel sent to your email. There is no way to connect to the wifi without agreeing to it.
