Loved the person who checked me in Dennis! He managed to get me an upgrade in our room however when I got to the room I was kinda disappointed on the looks it looked quite ugly and run down and things were def broken or about to break esp the lamp on the bed frame but over all staff very nice and accommodating and lovey very pretty gym was small but will try tmr on how functional it is very good over all for a nice well needed stay cation

This was a beautiful hotel, very clean and staff were courteous. There was some kind of hockey tournament over the Thanksgiving weekend with a lot of kids that made it very loud. They overtook the pool area and were not properly supervised. This was at no fault of the hotel but it did make the weekend quite hectic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again on my next visit to BC.

The hotel was okay but there were a lot of school aged kids running around the hallways and playing hockey in the hallways and their parents drinking in the hallways and the pool was not useable due to again many kids running around the pool. I even saw a couple of kids hurt due to kids running around. Not sure why the staff allowed this to happen. Would not recommend for a quiet getaway.

The room had a moldy smell, air conditioning was not working. No complimentary water bottle offered. No shuttle bus at all. I had to give a deposit when I ask about it the front desk lady was very vague about it. She showed No Concern.
