We always stay here when we fly out of Vancouver. It’s clean and convenient and the perfect place to leave our vehicle while away. The free shuttle is great. Our kids look forward to the pool and water slide every time.

Clean room with friendly staff. Consider removing the priority line. If breakfast isn’t included at the current rate, offering some kind of food incentive would be beneficial. Would recommend to others. The workout room is smaller but nice, featuring tennis, a pool, and a hot tub. Restaurants: Chop is excellent with amazing food and staff, while Denny’s doesn’t offer good value for the quality.

For a 4 star hotel the condition is poor. I get it it's an old building but mould, torn bedding, peeling paint and dark rooms especially a single small light in the bathroom was disappointing.
