I believe leaving transparent reviews are important as hotel stays are a big part of any trip. Unfortunately during our time in Vancouver, we had a rodent issue in our original room. When we discovered it upon coming back on the second night, we contacted the front desk immediately and was advised to pack our bags and we’d be moved to a new room right away. After speaking with the hotel manager the following morning, we were compensated for the night and given a food voucher for the food/snacks we had to throw out. The staff and hotel handled our unfortunate incident as best as they could and assured us that their pest control measures were scheduled and completed frequently. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located by Roger’s Arena and BC Place and within walking distance to Costco and Robson Street.
