Honestly I have to get it 10 stars Majestic en-suite We upgraded it to two queen vip suite and were great not At all Mansnger was super honest and informative Tom was very clean and very quiet We highly Suggested it for long stays as we will book it again

I received an email saying they needed additional cash payment at check in and that no one would be available and the doors would be locked. I drove up and it’s not a hotel. It’s a large old dark broken down stinky piece of deplorable house in a sketchy residential area. This is not a hotel. I called the number on the door, some sketchy scary dude in a torn t paint stained shirt answered. I looked inside and left. I want a full refund - this place should not be on Expedia !! I was Ripped off by Expedia !!

The property is not a hotel it is a home that has been “modified “ to be a short term rental. The pictures online are not of this location. We booked a “honeymoon suite “ what we got was a bedroom with a full size bed and 2 folding chairs and a Walmart desk. No screens on the windows and rats running around and I’m not talking about a little one I’m talking big sewer rats. (I would know as I used to work in sewer rehabilitation.) My daughter had to sleep on the floor as the staff said one of us could sleep on the couch in the common area(which was faux leather and peeling). If I could rate it as a negative star that would still be to positive of a review.

The worst place I ever been, the staff especially the lady who works at the property considered as a manager she is a very corrupted and unprofessional. She tried to take advantage of people even the room was booked, and there is no pepper towel, no soap . Please be careful when you try to book. My recommendation is don’t. We really had a very difficult time.
