The room was clean, but all the amenties (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) were basically empty bottles. It was also frustrating that our room was ready, but they wanted to charge us for checking in early. We were also told - after we checked in - that our room would be noisy until 3AM due to the club next door. The music actually played until 315am, but we should have been warned before we paid...

it's a nice hotel it's just that no breakfast compliments. It's hard to park and parking is not secured but for a night or two nights it is good to stay cause it's cheap.

Property has great staff, clean rooms and the price point was great. Unfortunately the property location isn’t ideal. Lots of street disorder and drug use happen outside, along with a busy night club that had music blasting until 3 am. The staff were very understanding and provided ear plugs which helped. As a young couple these variables were totally fine to manage but if we had small children it would have be challenging.

Staff were great. Room was decent, good size for price. The building is very old and needs massive refreshing. Carpets are past worn. While not in control of the hotel management, continuous open drug use and begging up and down Granville Street. The area is an urban sewer.
