We were there during an heat wave and Our AC wouldn’t work so they brought us a fan. The next day they were able to relocate us, which was lucky bc I was there stuck in the room all day after having surgery.

Property is within walking distance of the harbour, the sky train station. The hotel clean and staff friendly. A bit costly for our budget but its the location thats close to the cruise ship area.

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront

The stay was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and located very close to the cruise port, many restaurants and shops. It was in a very safer area to walk around. The hotel restaurant was very good as well.

Great hotel before cruising!

This was a good choice for us to be close to the port for our Disney cruise. It was easily walkable access not only to the port, but to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants and felt very safe. The hotel was clean and comfortable although did feel a little dated in decor if you care about that. Also the day of our cruise we had to check out long before our embarkation time and they held our luggage for us at no charge (tipped of course) while we walked around the city which was helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are cruising out of Vancouver.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Beds and pillows very comfortable but decor is a bit tired. Booked an harbour view room. Did have a fairly good view but as the hotel is actually set a street back the view was obstructed by buildings which wasnt clear. Would recommend for comfort and location as obly a short walk to the Waterfront.
