The staff were very nice. And the property was very clean the bed was comfortable. Only thing the hotel should consider is a different type of cups for the hotel room. The cups they are using are terrible and were constantly leaking. Maybe consider getting glass cups. But all in all great hotel.

Hot tub jets weren't working and way too small for the size of the property(19 floors). 5 adults was tight and overflowing. On the 12th floor all the door ways and walls were marked/scrapped. The staff were great and very helpful. The restaurant is worth checking out.

Clean room, comfy bed and wonderful pillows with a wonderful Harborview (complementary upgrade). It was my daughter's birthday and the hotel had a box of Daniel's Chocolates delivered to the room for her. The restaurant food was delicious. Morning breakfast buffet was excellent!!Staff was outstanding!!! Hotel was walking distance to all the downtown amenities of Vancouver. Definitely coming back!!!
