Service was excellent. Hot tub jets were broken which was disappointing. Balcony was 2 inches wide. Room was a little musky.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was very small, for $389 cad. The walls are thin, whenever someone left the doors would slam, and could be heard from down the hall. 5 am and doors were slamming. I’d skip this hotel and spend more to stay either at the Fairmont or the Marriot across the street. The staff did offer us an “upgrade “ at check-in. lol It was Valentines weekend, they offered us two double bed room with a partial harbour view. An up grade should have included a king.

We have stayed at the Pinnacle Harbour front a few times in the past absolutely love it. Pool’s fantastic room is spotless. Staff is excellent absolutely love our stays. There would recommend it highly

Room was clean and hotel was generally decent but hot tub was a huge disappointment the entire time and was a huge reason we booked this hotel to relax and unwind after long days working the convention - jets not working at all and refills seem to happen at 10pm nightly so if you wait until after kids are done in pool to go down, you end up with cold water … 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, this occurred.

The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet even being near an elevator. Not our first stay with them and not our last. Great location can’t wait to visit again.
