I stayed at this property prior to a cruise. I found the property to be clean and quiet. I travel solo and I felt safe while here. I ate in the restaurant twice, including fish and chips for dinner and the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was $39. I also walked from here to the cruise port with my luggage. Vancouver is absolutely beautiful and this was a very nice hotel stay.

The wifi was not connecting after the first night. I’ve contacted the front desk for support, and was connected to their IT. Still, I was unable to get a wifi connection. Next day, they sent someone up to my room to check. The gentleman knocked on my door, showed me that his phone was connected to the wifi. I showed him my phone and my laptop, and how it was not connected, and he said he would send someone over to check. No one came. Upon checkout, they were charging me a little over $1 for the phone call I had with their front desk and their IT that they connected me to. At the end, they waived that fee (rightfully so…). There were fruit flies in the room’s restroom, which was not pleasant. The AC was nice.

We were there during an heat wave and Our AC wouldn’t work so they brought us a fan. The next day they were able to relocate us, which was lucky bc I was there stuck in the room all day after having surgery.

Property is within walking distance of the harbour, the sky train station. The hotel clean and staff friendly. A bit costly for our budget but its the location thats close to the cruise ship area.
