Really enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff. The complimentary glass of rosé was a nice touch. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. I really loved the location next to the skytrain station. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Vancouver.

Always try and stay here when I'm in Vancouver. Great rates and location. Pillows and bedding is so comfortable. With bath towels were a bit more lush (newer) but everything else here is perfect.

Very nice hotel with great customer service and daily fresh water and chocolates delivered to your room. Perfect location in Yaletown within walking distance to the boardwalk, dog park, restaurants, etc. We stayed in the courtyard (only two rooms with full access to the interior courtyard —great for little dogs to roam around). Highly recommend this space unless you want street views. .
