We are excited to have you as our guest in our cozy guest suite, situated just a 5-minute drive from SFU and a 30-minute drive from downtown Vancouver.

Our guest suite includes amenities such as a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, a lavish KING SIZE bed, and a queen bed, offering you a home away from home experience.

Please note that the guest suite does not have cooking facilities.

We kindly request our guests to maintain quiet hours from 8 am to 9 pm.

The private entrance guest suite can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Upon your arrival, you will receive instructions to help you with the easy self check-in and check-out process.

You can contact us between 7 am and 10 pm by phone, or 24/7 via text or email. I am available anytime for a chat or if you need assistance.

Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed.

Reasonable price for fantastic stay in Burnaby

I had an exceptional experience at the Modern King-Size Guest Suite in Burnaby. The suite was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout my stay. I got my check in information close to my reservation date and the host responded fast with Vrbo messaging service. The host was outstanding—professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to provide amenities that surpassed typical hotel offerings, including an abundance of towels, personal hygiene products, a microwave, and a fridge, all of which added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.The suite’s modern design, complemented by thoughtful touches, made it a perfect retreat. Located in a peaceful neighborhood since I got my own vehicle, I will stay again when I visit yvr again.

Nice, quiet place.

Check in was smooth, and effortless. I was early and was able to check in regardless. A nice, quiet area and the suite had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Great place for the money

We wanted a nice place to stay a little way from Vancouver as we were just passing through and didn’t want to pay the premium to stay downtown. Stellar bed, very comfortable and clean. Quaint, but nicely done bathroom with rain shower head. Completely separate suite with privacy from homeowner. Overall it was a nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood, with parking included! Note on the parking though, the tree above does leave some residue on your car, but it wasn’t a huge issue as the windows cleaned up easy.

Was a perfect space for what we needed! The place was immaculately clean, modern and had all the necessities 😊 The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well! The added bonus of bottled water stocked in the fridge made it more perfect! I would highly recommend this place. 👍👍😊
