Lovely hotel. Had a huge room, with a lovely view of the Fraser River. It's close and convenient for a ton of bars and restaurants and next door to the sky train too.

The hotel is older, but well kept. There was friendly front desk staff. The common areas and rooms were clean. The shower head was old and low, pressure was good. Parking is across the street. Hotel area was relatively quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at The Met. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every single day, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. When we checked out, my son accidentally left his watch in the bathroom. The staff were so kind—they contacted me right away and kept it safe at reception until we could pick it up. I also really appreciate that they allowed us to store our things for a while as we had to pick up our car later. Overall, amazing service and very accommodating staff. Highly recommended! - Arlene

This is the second time we stayed here. Same floor as before but on the other end of the building. The rooms were similar but drastically more noisy on the back side (pack ear plugs). It's also an older hotel with minimal updates. Our rooms heat didn't work and the bedding was thin so we didn't have the warmest sleep. The last thing to note was the slippery bathtub! If you're elderly or have balance problems take caution! It's very convenient as it's right off the SkyTrain and the staff is always great.
