The front desk was very responsive. When we requested an extra blanket they came through. We did request house cleaning staff to make up the room after the first night, but for some reason it didn’t happen.

The staff were fantastic and our room was very clean.We did arrive very early and the room was going to be ready in an hour, however they kept our luggage in a secure room for us and we went for lunch. We will definately stay again.

The lady at the front desk was so friendly and I appreciated the upgraded room we got with a gorgeous view of the harbour! I’ve been here twice and both were good experiences! Call ahead to ask where parking is as a lot of people (I am people) get confused and park under the shopping centre.
