The facility was lovely, there were a few issues but they were great with communicating right away. It is brand new, so we blew a breaker and texted for help, someone came right away but was unable to fix it. This resulted in us not having bedside lamps or plugs for one night, which was inconvenient. They were excellent with communication, and had security at the front door and he was also veyry helpful and pleasant to deal with. There are a few items that we would suggest be stocked, pot holders or oven mits, more linens in the kitchen. We were directed to a storage area for any items we may have required that were not stocked. Overall it is a great option for 4 people, with a kitchen and laundry facilities.

5 stars ⭐️ out of 5 for this amazing hotel. Ideally situated in downtown Vancouver (Chinatown), the thoughtfulness of this hotel is breathtaking, everything you need in a spacious well appointed suite, a real home from home. The security is also top notch, with a guard on duty at night (he is very friendly but not intrusive). Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying again.
The view from the roof is great too!

Absolutely love this place and the apartment itself. Super clean and easy to access. The staff have great communication. Only issue is it is in a hot spot for the homeless so I would avoid some of the streets after dark, and a little bit noisy after the Canucks play since the arena is down the street.

Our stay was great. Keefer House has all of the amenities and high end touches. I appreciated the coffee grinder, french press, and pour over. The area isn't amazing so it was appreciated that they had security outside the door and cameras. They are very responsive over text and were quick to fix a very minor issue with our room.

Highly recommend this property! It was so close to Roger’s Arena, the room had all amenities you could ask for and the property seems brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room is spotless! It was so nice to have more space than a regular hotel room and the full kitchen was great to have.
