The registration was easy, informative and friendly. The hotel is clean modern and spacious. The room with King bed on the 8th floor looking out to the river was delightful, comfortable, well equipped for a night. The only negative was the short toilet which was a little challenging for the seniors using it. I would recommend with 5 star rating with caveat to request the newly renovated rooms with newer toilets.

The front desk gentleman was very standoffish. I get that a lot of people who book in that area party. But I work 16hrs and just needed somewhere to sleep. His tone and demeanor made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed.
